I've come to share some information about downloading the QuickBooks Time mobile app on your employee's phone.
One of the possible reasons why the QuickBooks Time app isn't showing on the play store is that the system requirements of the phone aren't compatible. You'll want to make sure your employee's phone (Nokia C01 Plus) meets its operating system (OS) minimum requirements (Android 5.0+) to download the app.
If it doesn't meet the requirements, your employee should need another phone to download the app. However, if it does, I recommend reaching out to Google Support Team so they can review this matter.

Thankyou, seems odd that the Quickbooks Accounting app is available?
Thanks for the reply. I'll share details to answer why the employee can't see the app, JE2022.
It's possible that the mobile app version for QuickBooks Time may not be available in your region at the moment. This is the reason why the employee can only see the QBO and not the time-tracking app.
You'll want to use a different third-party app that can help you track employee hours. Then, integrate it in QBO using these steps:
If the app is available in your region, I suggest reaching out to Google support. They are the ones that can check why an app is listed or not in the Google Play Store.

We do have other employees on the Quickbooks Time App so it is available in our region
I have checked the Nokia and it has an OS of Android 10. Sure wish you could come up with a list of compatible(or incompatible) Mobiles. This is not the first time this has happened
This is not the kind of experience that we want you to have, @JE2022.
Having a list of compatible mobile phones will surely come in useful to our subscribers and I'll surely take note of this and send this straight to our Developers for consideration in future updates.
I also encourage you to leave the feedback from within the product.
