We haven't received any similar reports with your concern, @gaurav1. But I've got the options to successfully connect your bank account to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Here are the possible reasons you're having trouble connecting your corporate Standard Chartered Bank to the program:
First, let's check the following things when searching for your bank:
Second, let's use the other listed versions of your bank's name. When it appears, select it from the list and continue to add the account to the program.
However, if you've performed all the options above but it isn't still working, I'd suggest requesting support for your bank. For the detailed steps, see Step 3 through this article: Find Your Bank Or Credit Card Account When You Connect To Online Banking.
In the meantime, I have the two alternative methods you can perform to complete your task. You'll have to download transactions from your bank's website and upload them to the program. Just click any of the two links below.
Once done, let's go to the For Review tab to review and categorise the transactions to ensure your financial records are accurate. You can also match them to the existing entries in QBO to avoid duplicates.
I'll be right here to help if you need anything else. Wishing you and your business continued success while using QBO.
