Hi,
Previously I was able to create a journal and could edit the journal to include various mini transactions in there. Has something changed in the past 2 to 3 weeks? I don't seem to be able to make any changes to any Journal.
I'm not very experienced. Just this change makes my work more tedious. I hope to find some workaround

To get rid of this problem, let's perform a few browser troubleshooting solutions to isolate the issue when you can't make any changes to your journal entries in QBO.
Let's access your account via a private window. This doesn't use the existing cache files, which makes it a good place to determine if this is a browser-related issue. To save time, use either of these keyboard shortcuts:
Once signed in, create and make some changes to your journal entries. If it goes through, let's clear the cache of your regular browser. Clearing the cache or cookies is the best way to get a clean slate for your browser.
If private browsing doesn't work, I'd recommend using other supported browsers. They'll provide the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.
