Looking for local support in Medellin, Colombia

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you'll have to use the Help icon to contact our live support team. Rest assured that the representative that will accept you is trained and knowledgeable about the product. Here's how:

1. Click the Help button and select the Search tab.
2. From there, click Contact Us.
3. Next, enter a brief description of your concern.
4. Select Continue.
5. Then, choose a way to connect to them.  

I also encourage you to post your QBO concerns here in the Community. Just make sure to not include personal and private details to prevent endangering the privacy and security of your account. There are a lot of QuickBooks experts, other users, and backers that are willing to help resolve your issue.

What kind of support do you need?
