Before anything else, when did this company’s subscription end? Was it canceled for more than a year? If so, you're now unable to download any information or view your books. Once logged in, check if you're able to view the files. If yes, get back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Doing this helps the program to run smoothly. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative.
Moreover, you'll want to resubscribe or reactivate the account in order to download the data. See this guide for complete instructions on how to get your records out of the program: Export data, reports, lists, and more from QBO.
If you need further assistance with data availability, message me right away by clicking the Reply button. I’ll be here to help you out. Take care always!
