NOT FINDING ANY TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT DIRECTLY TO QUICK BOOK FOR JUSTIFYING SUBSCRIPTION CAN BODY GIVE DIRECT PHONE NUMBER?

QUICK BOOK CHARGING SINCE BEGINNING @rs.500 PER YEAR PER COMPANY BEING USED BY ME. NOW SUBSCRIPTION BEING SHOWN AS Rs 36000 VERY VERY HIGH NOT AFFORDABLE BY SMALL BUSINESS HOW CAN SUBSCRIPTION BE CHANGED?

I got you covered in changing your subscription for QuickBooks Online.

 

I'd suggest reviewing the things below that will go away when you switch to a lower tier: 

 

  • Features: The comparison chart helps you determine the available functionalities on each version. 
  • It might affect some third-party apps connected to the program. 
  • It will remove all discounts you have on your current plan.

On the other hand, if you want to speak with our live customer representative, I'd suggest reaching out to them. Know that our support hours are from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturday, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.

 

You can get in touch with them by following these steps:

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right-hand corner.
  2. Type in "Talk to a human", then press Enter.
  3. Look for I still need a human and click on it.
  4. Click Get help from a human or Contact Support Team.
  5. Select between Send a message, Schedule an appointment, or Get a callback.

 

You can easily manage your payment and plan info within the Billing & Subscription tab. This lets you update your credit card info and make other changes to your account. For more information, check out this article: Update Your Billing and Subscription Info.
