On my delivery docket description is missing ?

Thanks for posting here in the Community, @mail-groveengine.

 

I'd like to make sure we're on the same page. Do you mean the description is missing when you print a delivery note? If so, let's make sure to select the Description section of your template. To do that, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to Settings ⚙ and then select Custom form styles.
  2. Select New style or Edit to make changes to your templates.
  3. Choose the Content tab and click the middle part of the template.
  4. Place a checkmark in the Description box.
  5. Hit Done.

 

After that, please make sure to select the correct template for your sales transactions. Then, create and send your delivery note.
