The Community is a live forum that all users can use and chime in on. Therefore, we're unable to perform a callback. Let me share the steps on how you can reach out to our Customer Care Team, along with the renew your subscription article.

Here's how: 

 

  1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Search window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
  4. Choose Start a chat.

If you have the new QuickBooks Assistant help update, you can follow these steps:

  1. In your QuickBooks Online account, go to the Help > Assistant.
  2. Type Talk to a human and enter what do you need help with.
  3. Click No if none of the articles shared are helpful and select Start a chat.

Thanks for choosing QuickBooks Online (QBO) for managing your business. Let me help you renew your subscription, ramdevbabaonline.

 

We can renew your subscription through the Account and Settings section in QuickBooks. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon in the upper right corner.
  2. Choose Account and settings.
  3. Tap Billing & subscription, then Resubscribe.
  4. Enter the updated payment account and company billing information.
  • Make sure the billing address is up-to-date and matches the address on your most recent card statement.
  • Make sure every field on the payment method screen is filled in, including the postal code.
  • Make sure there are no special characters or symbols (such as # or *) in your address. Special characters will cause errors.
  • Make sure your contact number is formatted correctly, using the +area code.
  1. Hit Subscribe.
  2. Choose Authenticate and then NetBanking.
  3. Approve the banking mandate and proceed. 
  4. This should take you to your bank’s website.
  5. Follow the process and enter the one-time password when required. Once payment is gone through the details would then be saved.
