QuickBooks Enterprise 14.0 file and I want to upgrade to QuickBooks Desktop Premier 21 Then To QB ONLINE GLOBAL

Hello Friends

I have QuickBooks Enterprise 14.0 file and I want to upgrade to QuickBooks Desktop Premier 21 or Enterprise 22, then finally I can migrate to QuickBooks Online Global. 

 

Is this possible? kindly provide a helpful means, if it might need a third party vendor kindly mention the vendor you may know. In the end I want the be in QuickBooks online with all data from that QuickBooks Enterprise 14.0 file, so I will use QuickBooks Desktop Premier 21 or Enterprise 22 trial version as means to an end. Kindly support

Let me share information about migrating to QuickBooks Online (QBO) Global from QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, @AUTHENTIC MANAGEMENT.

 

Please note that the only way to transfer your data to QBO Global is through a third-party app. Alternatively, you can utilize the MMC converter, which QuickBooks has partnered with to assist in migrating your data from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online using their accounting software conversion services.

 

Before migrating, follow the guidelines below:

  • Ensure that your chart of accounts balances is up to date and accurate.
  • Make sure that your balance sheet aligns with your latest tax return.
  • Reconcile your bank and credit card statements
  • Categorize any open transactions
  • Pay any outstanding invoices
  • Complete any unfinished payroll runs or payroll tax payments.

@AUTHENTIC MANAGEMENT 

You may have 2 options

1. You can purchase a 3rd party service to convert data directly from QBD 2014 to QBO Global version. You can contact @Fiat Lux - ASIA for details.

 

2. Upgrade your file to QB Desktop 2022 Enterprise or newer. You can use the trial version for good to access your historical data. Then you will start from scratch in QBO to lower your conversion costs.
