Hi @HEMIN,
I'll take care of your query about your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription.
You can renew your QBO subscription on or before the renewal date. When it's time, follow the steps below:
This opens the Subscription renewal page. Follow the steps listed in this article on how you can proceed: Renew my account subscription.
In case you encounter any issues with the process, feel free to contact our Technical Support team. Keep this article as a reference: QuickBooks Online Support.
Don't hesitate to post back here in the Community if you have other questions about your QBO subscription. I'll be here to back you up.
Hi @Ryan_M
Thanks for the reply
I have attached the screen shot of the page I opened, I can't see the renew tab.
Thank you for the screenshot you've added, HEMIN.
There are two possible reasons why you don't have the Resubscribe button. One could be that you are not signed in as the master admin or this is caused by a browser-related issue.
To check your user access, you can click the Gear > Manage users. Please see this sample screenshot for a visual reference:
To learn more about the user access, you can read this article: User roles and access rights in QuickBooks Online.
If you are signed in as the Master admin, then let's do some troubleshooting steps to rule out this possibility.
Here's how:
Please let me know how you get on after trying the steps. I want to ensure this is resolved for you.
Hi @RenjolynC
Actually I have tried with other browser but it was the same, didn't work. I also tried by incognito but it was the same.
I am signed as a primiary admin. The screen shoot is attached.
Hope you find a solution
Thanks
Good day, @HEMIN.
Thank you for sharing the basic troubleshooting steps that you've done and adding a screenshot to show the renewal button. Let me provide you a further clarification to this query.
Once your subscription was ended or canceled, then the Subscribe or Renew button should appear to the right of Subscription Status. Since your QuickBooks Online renewal date is on 05/04/2021, you'll have to wait for its end date so you can resubscribe your account.
Additionally, the system will automatically charge your account on the day of the renewal date. Therefore, you don't have to create any advance payment since QuickBooks will do it for you.
Moreover, considering your subscription is annual or yearly, then you should enjoy the service for 12 months until the charge date.
For more details, you can check out this article: How to renew my account subscription in QuickBooks.
I'm always here to help if you have any other follow-up questions or concerns with regards to your subscription. Just tag my name in the comment section and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Have a great day.
Dear @ReymondO
Thanks for the reply
So, you mean I shall wait until the subscription ends, then the tab will appear?
There is also a discount offered, will this discounted offer remains when the subscription ends or I will miss it?
Thanks
I'm here to route you in the right direction to take care of this, HEMIN.
Our QuickBooks Support Team can check and investigate why the Renew tab is missing. I'd suggest reaching out to them to determine the main cause of this. Also, the discounted offer is usually for new users. You can check if you're qualified to get this offer by reaching out to them.
In case you'll want to change your billing info, payment method, and plan subscription level, I suggest checking out this article: Manage Billing Info in QuickBooks Online.
Additionally, you can watch our video tutorials to help you get started and learn more about the program’s features.
Thank you for your patience on this matter. Please get back on this thread if you have other questions in managing your subscriptions. I'll help you ass soon as possible.
