Call me [removed] on this no.

Let me share some information about adding GST in QuickBooks, @piya-tcw.

Currently, the option to add 2 GST or addresses in the same company isn't possible. We can only set another agency.

To create custom tax agency, here's what you need to do:

  1. Proceed to Taxes and in Tax Centre, select Add tax.
  2. A panel slides out from the right. Here, select Custom tax.
  3. Enter the Tax name (For example. Excise Duty), and the Description.
  4. Tax agency name gets populated automatically based on the Tax name you've entered. You can change this if you wish.
  5. Enter the Registration number and choose Start of current tax period from the dropdown.
  6. Select Filing frequency for this agency from the dropdown.
  7. Choose Reporting method. Note: Usually it'll be Accrual. If in doubt, please consult with your accountant.
  8. Select the type of transactions this tax is applied to. Note: Usually, it'll be for both Sales and Purchase transactions.
  9. Enter the Sales rate or the Purchase rate depending upon the type of transaction selected.
  10. If the tax applied on purchases is reclaimable, select the box Purchase tax is reclaimable.
  11. Click Save.
