You can integrate or transfer data from other accounting software, Adeel. I'll share some insights to help you incorporate them into QuickBooks Online (QBO).

QuickBooks supports multiple integrations with different third-party applications. With this, you can search for what apps work with QBO and connect it to the program to sync or transfer data from other software. Here are the steps you could take to navigate the system:

1. In the Apps menu, select the Find Apps tab.
2. Look for the app you wish to connect to in the Magnifying glass bar or select the Browse category dropdown to search for an app by category.
3. Choose the app you wish to download, then click the Get App Now.
4. Authorise the app to connect to your QBO account and follow the remaining steps to connect and set up the app settings of your choice.
   
   

If the application software you wish to integrate isn't on the list, I recommend contacting the app's support team to verify its compatibility with QBO. Otherwise, you can look for another third-party app that can integrate with the software.

You need to purchase a 3rd party service to convert data from QB Desktop to QB Online Global version. You  can check @Fiat Lux - ASIA and they can help you.

I can share additional details regarding migrating QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) data to QuickBooks Online (QBO), Adeel.

Migrating QBDT to QBO International is only available in the UK, US, and Canada versions. 

While a direct Zoom connection with our support team is unavailable, I recommend considering the alternative solutions suggested by SIAB and my colleague, which involve using a third-party conversion tool to migrate your QBDT data to QBO. Once you have the tool set up, you can contact their support team for assistance with the migration process.

Alternatively, you can export your lists to Excel and import them manually to QBO.
