I'm here to help you with any QuickBooks issues you may be having, dimple@globalint.

The number you've mentioned on your post is hidden for security purposes. Please know that our IN Support Team is available from 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (Indian Standard Time).

I recommend chatting with them during the support hours through this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/prechats/offerings/QBO-India-CHAT/15006/view.

Meanwhile, I can see in your previous post that you need help with the opening balance when reconciling your account.

When you first create this account in QuickBooks, you have the option to enter an opening balance. The amount is the balance of your real-life bank account.

And, once you connect it online, QuickBooks will automatically create an opening balance. The amount is based on the real-life bank account. Thus, it causes an incorrect balance in QuickBooks.

You can check this going to your Chart of Accounts and look for the Opening Balance Equity entry. Let me show you how:

  1. Select Accounting from the left navigation bar, then choose Chart of Accounts.
  2. Locate the account, then click Account history under Action.
  3. Find the opening balance.
  4. You can either delete or edit it.
  5. When you edit it, make sure to enter a zero amount to fix the opening balance.
  6. Click Save and close.

If there's no opening balance, you can enter one to fix the amount before reconciling your account

Let me know how this goes by commenting below. Just mention my name, and I'm glad to help ensure you're able to reconcile your account.
