Hello, i need to download a bill, can you help me?

Let me share some information about downloading a bill in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Mariana. 

The option to download a bill is unavailable in QBO. However, you can open an existing bill and screenshot it to save it on your computer our device. You'll want to check for a third-party application that can help you with assigning products to inventory categories in bulk. 1. Go to Apps on the left side menu.
2. Choose Find apps. 
3. Look for an app that supports downloading bill transactions in the search field. 

Any questions about integrating the app into your Online account should be directed to the app's third-party provider.

If you need to download the bill's list, we can run the Transaction List by Supplier report. Then, export it to PDF. Let me guide you on how:

1. Go to Reports on the left menu.
2. Enter Transaction List by Supplier on the search field. 
3. Click Switch to classic view.
4. Tap Customise.
5. Click Filter and select Bill from the Transaction Type list.
6. Press Run report.
7. Tap the Export icon and choose Export to PDF.
8. Click Save as PDF.
