First, you can access key tools by selecting My Apps on the left-hand navigation panel. This menu provides quick access to essential areas of your account, making it easy to manage your operations.
Another option is through the Help (?) page located in the top-right corner of your QBO screen. From there, you can use the following options:
- Assistant tab to type a question or topic into the Type or ask something field. QuickBooks Assistant will provide tailored answers or options.
- You can also use the Search tab to enter keywords or topics in the Search questions, keywords, or topics field, which will bring up a list of related articles for additional support.
