Hi All,
How one me get the user name who is logged-in in QuickBooks Online?
Regards,
Abdul Rehman.
Hi there, @Abdul Rehman!
You can pull up and access your Audit Log report so you can check the user name who recently logged in. I'm here to help you accomplish this.
In addition, here's an article you can read to learn more about your audit log report: Learn About the Audit Log.
Lastly, I've also included this helpful article that'll help you manage your user's activity from the audit log: Use the Audit Log to Re-enter Deleted Transactions.
If there's anything else that I can help you with, please let me know in the comment section down below. I'll be always around ready to help.
Hi Jonpri,
I do agree with you but is there any other way (e.g. we see the user name at the top right of google and yahoo etc.) instead of going to run the report and observe there?
Regards,
Abdul Rahman.
I appreciate you getting back to us, @Abdul Rehman.
As of this time, accessing the Audit Log report is the only way we have right now to check the recently logged-in user name.
I know how useful it is for you and your company to check the way you want to see the username. But I want to let you know that your voice matters and I'm submitting feedback directly to our product engineers for consideration.
For now, you can visit our blog site so you'll be able to get the latest news about QuickBooks and what our Product Care Team is working on.
Please feel free to post any questions you have below. The Community team and I are always here to help out.
Hi Mark,

Hi Mark,
I visited the blog site you referred but unable to get the info about the new features whose working are in progress or planned. Basically I want to know if the subject request is taken under consideration by development team or not.
Regards,
Abdul Rahman.
It's great to have you here, @Abdul Rehman.
I appreciate you explaining how beneficial it would be to view the features in our development roadmap. The QuickBooks Blog is the official website where you can see the most announcements about new product enhancements and features.
Meanwhile, our developers often add in-demand features to QBO, so we recommend keeping an eye on our blog for news on what's in development.

Hi Juviel,
The blog link is already shared in previous reply - but I requested that I am unable to get the info about the new features whose working are in progress or planned. Basically I want to know if my subject request regarding viewing the logged in user name in front, is taken under consideration by development team or not.
Hope its clear now.
Regards,
Abdul Rahman.
Thanks for the quick response, Abdul Rehman.
Your suggestion is important to us. Rest assured that your feedback is taken into consideration.
Currently, we're improving our feedback page and we will be releasing it as soon as possible. This way, you'll be able to know the progress of your request.
Also, I've added our page to read more on how to view transaction changes in the audit history.
Please know I'm always here for you so reach out anytime if there's anything else you need. Have a great day ahead.
Thanks a lot Shiella for your distinct reply.
