Hello, mail47.
I'll go over the steps and details and help you download all attachments from your QuickBooks Online account.
We'll want to go to the Attachments page to download all attachments. Here are the steps:
QuickBooks will automatically download a .zip file containing all of the selected attachments. All you need to do is to unzip the compressed folder to open your files.
I'll point out that the files shown are from your invoices, customers, vendors, and other entries. If you need to download a specific attachment, click the Download button under the Action tab.
I'll also include a bunch of these articles in case you need help exporting your data from QuickBooks:
Need to remind your customers about their due invoices and balances? I'll include this guide if you need help in the future: Create and send customer statements in QuickBooks Online.
Feel free to drop by and ask any questions you might have about your attachments and entries. Let me also know if you have questions about running a report, managing your data, and more. Always here to help.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
