How to edit Bill Payment View?

Hi,

Do we have the functionality to edit/filter the fields displayed on the Bill Payment View in QBO?

See the example below,

Bill Payment image

Please consider the highlighted box in the above picture,

  • We would like to include the Custom field here
  • Additionally, we need to remove Bill Date and replace it with the Due Date field

Please help me out if we have such functionality in QBO.

Thanks!

How to edit Bill Payment View?

Hi there, @Hafiz Usama.

I understand how important it is to customize the view and details in bill payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO). As I check here on my end, the feature you're trying to access is currently unavailable. What I can do is I can help you send your feedback to our Product Development Team. This way, they'll see your feature request and consider adding it to future product updates. I'll input the steps below so you can proceed to send your request. To begin, here's how:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. In the upper-right corner, click the Gear icon.
  3. Under the Profile column, select Feedback.
  4. Enter a brief description of your product suggestion. and then click Next.
  5. Type your email address.
  6. Once done, click Send Message.

Additionally, I've got you this article in case you'd like to customise the contents of your sales forms in QBO: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

You can also visit this page for more information about customising reports to show specific data in your QBO account: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.

Our door is open 24/7, @Hafiz Usama. You can always get back to me anytime if you need assistance performing specific tasks in QuickBooks or If you have any additional QuickBooks-related concerns. Take care, and have a good one!
