Users using the India version of QuickBooks have two options in contacting support. You can either reach out to us here in the Community or to our Chat Support Team.

 

To start a chat, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. In QB Assistant, enter your concern.
  4. Press Contact Support team to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Select Start a chat.

Aside from contacting them, you can also add more details of your concern here in the Community. We might be able to give you the help you need without waiting in line for phone support.
