1. Choose the Help menu.
2. On the chatbox, type something like "Speak to an agent."
3. Tap the Contact Support Team link.
4. If it doesn't appear, type "Speak to an agent" again or specify the details of your issue.
5. Proceed with the link, then hit the Chat with us button.
