I want to ensure that you'll be able to have the best action for your Razorpay integration with QuickBooks Online.
QuickBooks Online allows you to disable the online payments option if you're using our Merchant Services. For users that are integrated into Razorpay, you'll need to reach out to their customer care team. They'll be able to guide you on how to remove the integration.
Once removed, you can now start receiving payments manually in the system. To record the payments received, please follow these steps:
Select + New.
Click on Receive Payment.
From the Customer dropdown, select the name of the customer.
From the Payment method dropdown, select the payment method.
From the Deposit to dropdown, select the account you put the payment into.
In the Outstanding Transactions section, select the checkbox for the invoice your recording payment for.
Enter the Reference no. and Memo if needed. This is optional.
When you're done, select Save and close.
