We use QB desktop application and now we are expanding to a new branch. the problem we face here is that we (the two branches) to access the same data.
I understand that we can not use Onedrive, Google drive or any similar platforms.
Our management board are so restricted and refuse to use Quickbooks online because of data security.
We do have a dedicated online Linux server for our company.
Is there anyway that we mitigate our database to the server and access the data from the QB desktop from that server ?
Thank you!

Hello anonymousUSR,
Yes, you can move your company file to the Linux Database Server and allow your users to access it from there. To know more about this setup, I'd recommend giving your self a time to browse these guides:
After that, you can already restore your company file by accessing the new location.
Feel free to let us know if you have additional questions about the process. Have a great day!

Company only supports Linux as storage only for QB Enterprise. I am not sure your mobile user may access your data file by internet connection. You may need another solution to explore.
