My QuickBooks Online App continually refuses to open on my IPad Air.. this problem started Approx 3 weeks ago?

There are several potential causes why the QuickBooks Online (QBO) app isn't opening. It could be due to a slow or unreliable internet connection, an outdated application, or the system itself.

For now, you can perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve this occurrence.


First, make sure you have the latest QBO app version installed on your iPad Air. We currently support 9.3 and greater iOS operating systems.


Here’s how:

 

  1. Go to your App Store.
  2. Search for QBO and check for updates available.
  3. Install it.


Once done, restart your iPad to fix minor software glitches and prevent performance issues. You can also clear the app cache by following the steps below:

 

  1. Go to the Settings on your device.
  2. Scroll down and tap on the QBO app.
  3. Look for the Clear Cache option and tap on it.

I Deleted the app and Reinstalled it but it remains the same…
