I'd like to make sure we're on the same page. Do you mean the description is missing when you print a delivery note? If so, let's make sure to select the Description section of your template. To do that, you can follow these steps:
After that, please make sure to select the correct template for your sales transactions. Then, create and send your delivery note.
However, if this isn't the case, can you please send a screenshot of what it looks like on your end?
