I've got the steps to help you become a certified QuickBooks Online (QBO) ProAdvisor. 

 

The error 404 means that the web page you're trying to reach couldn't be found on the server. Also, your country may not be supported to take the ProAdvisor training. That may be the reason the system won't let you open the said page.

 

First, let's go to the Accountants & Bookkeepers tab to check if we offer the training in your country. I'll guide you how. 

 

  1. Go to this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/global/accountants/.
  2. Scroll down at the bottom of the page, then click Change Country.
  3. Choose your country from the list.
  4. Hover your mouse on the Accountants & Bookkeepers tab at the upper middle of the screen.
  5. You'll see ProAdvisor Portal or Training from the drop-down. 

 

The screenshot below shows you the last two steps.

From there, go back to the Training tab from the ProAdvisor menu.

 

Once you've completed the training, you can click Take exam within the QuickBooks Online Certification section. View the screenshot below for your visual reference. With this, I'd suggest checking out this article: FAQs About ProAdvisor Certification. It contains the answers to the commonly asked questions about this program. This link is specific to the US region, but it also applies to your country.

After passing the exam, you can download or print badges and certificates from the ProAdvisor menu. It helps you show off your expertise on your website. For more information, see this article: Access Your Certification History.
