Reminder list taks no longer disappearing after use (AGAIN)

For the past month or so recurring templates in the "reminder list" are no longer disappearing after use. I have to use my template and then go back and select it and mark it as "skip this time". This has happened a few times before. Please add me to a list to be notified when this is fixed.

It would be fantastic if Intuit actually tested everything before updates or had a better way to report a bug.

I hear you, @RMEL1.

To troubleshoot the issue with the reminder list not disappearing, we can start by accessing your account through your browser's incognito mode. This will help us determine if an outdated cache in your browser is causing the problem. Please use the following keyboard shortcuts based on the type of browser you are using.

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If this fixes the issue, proceed to clear the browser's cache his process will help the program run optimally. Additionally, I recommend using other supported browsers to ensure everything works as expected.

If the issue persists, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Online Support team. Our team of experts has the knowledge and tools to assist you in troubleshooting and resolving this issue effectively. If necessary, they can also create a support ticket for further investigation. Once added to the affected users list, you will receive an email notification when the issue is resolved.
