Renewal charges have gone up substantially??? why si that so??

There could be a couple of reasons why your renewal charges have increased. To confirm this, I suggest going to the Subscription and Billing page. From there, you're able to check the payments history and all the charges with your subscription.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon at the upper right corner.
2. Choose Subscriptions and billing.
3. Select the Billing details tab.

For additional assistance to provide you accurate information, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have tools to check your account to further investigate your billing details.

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
2. Go to the Help menu.
3. Select Contact Us.

You may need a workaround to lower your cost.

My charges for 1 year was INR 5,000. NOw it has increased by 60% to INR 8,000, if you don't give a discount I don't want to continue with QB.

I am not sure you will offered any discount. Contact us should you need to purchase a 3rd party service migrating your data from QBO account 8)

@Fiat Lux - ASIA  thanks for your replay, but there are many other online platforms at a lower price.

Company seems very confident in India market. You have to pay the QBO Accountant account while the same versions are free of charge in other regions.
