"unable to sign in" request times out
i have checked my internet connection. so that is not the problem.
also this problem has happened only after i updated the app
QuickBooks Online uses a timeout feature for your security. This feature helps prevent unauthorized persons from accessing your data when you're away from the computer.
So, if you are working in QuickBooks Online and is inactive for a period of time, you will see a "time out" security message. The default setting is 1 hour, but that setting can be changed for up to 3 hours.

hi please understabnd the problem. this is not about QB online. its about the app on my iphone.
its not able to sign in at all, so there is no question of signing out

I understand the issue. However, I tried logging in to my iOS app to check the same, but it seems to be working perfectly fine even after the latest update and is letting me log in.
Please try these steps:
1. Try restarting your phone and try logging in again.
2. See if you are prompted at any step to log into your Apple account.
3. Try logging into your QBO account through your mobile browser and see if that is working.
We can look into this accordingly.

yes it was possible in a browser.
