Reactivation of Company ID [removed]

It's nice to have you back, @RichaC. I'm happy to lend a hand in reactivating your subscription.

Beforehand, we deleted your Company ID for security purposes since QuickBooks Community is a public platform.

We can renew your subscription in a few easy steps through the Account and Settings section in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and click Account and Settings.
  2. Select Billing & Subscription and click on Resubscribe.
  3. Provide your updated billing information.
  4. Tick on Subscribe.

For more details about the renewing process, here's an article for your guide: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online.

If you're unable to renew your subscription, I'd recommend getting in touch with our QuickBooks Online Support team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment and guide you on the best process.

Moreover, I've also added an article in case you need help managing your billing information in your QBO account: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.

Do you have more questions about your subscription? Or do you need help managing your data? Let me know by replying below. I'm always here to help.

Reactivation of Company ID [removed]

I tried on many occasions to reactivate my account, now you are cancelling the account.  This is not right, I tried changing my credit card to reactivate it and yet you cancelled it

Reactivation of Company ID [removed]

I understand how frustrating this must be, especially after several attempts to reactivate your account and update your credit card information. In many cases, an account may be automatically canceled during reactivation if there is an issue processing the payment.

To address this problem, I recommend first checking your account status through Gear  icon> Subscriptions and billing or accounts.intuit.com > Products and billing. Your available reactivation options depend on the account status. If your account was canceled within the last 12 months and shows Inactive (Canceled), you should still be able to resubscribe.

Additionally, if the issue persists after several attempts to update your Credit Card payment on file. I suggest contacting our Live Support Team for further assistance.

Once you successfully resubscribe, you'll regain full access to your existing company data, transaction history, and reports.

If you need any additional assistance with reactivating your QuickBooks account, please don't hesitate to reach out.
