I'm happy to guide you on how to get a call back from our Support Team. First, allow me to share information regarding the overview tab on the project's features in QuickBooks Online.
The Overview tab will not show if you're on the Projects menu screen.
To ensure you'll see the Overview tab on your Bahrain's company, you'll need to open a specific project name.
If you're already opening a project name and don't see the overview tab, we can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page. However, if it's still doesn't show the overview tab section, we can do some of the basic troubleshooting steps by accessing your account in a private window. Here's how:
Once signed in, go back to the projects menu and open a specific project from there. If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main browser and clear its cache to remove the browser's history. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.
At this time, you can talk with a live representative by setting a scheduled call back from your QuickBooks Online account.
