Hi there, tanvir2.
Welcome to QuickBooks Community. I'll share details on how the Trial balance report works in QuickBooks Online.
Currently, there's no option to view a trial balance without the beginning balance or previous balance. This is because the said report used to see lists of balances of all general ledger accounts of a company at a certain point in time. The accounts reflected on a trial balance are related to all major accounting items, including assets, liabilities, equity, revenues, expenses, gains, and losses. It is primarily used to identify the balance of debits and credit entries from the transactions recorded.
As a workaround, you can run the Profit and Loss Detail report and customise this. This way, you're able to see the value associated with each account and specific period.
Here's how:
To see additional information about customising a report to show specific accounts or customers, or format the layout so the right data shows up in the right place, you can click this article: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.
Please refer to this article to view steps on how you can print, email, and export a report in the system: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.
I'm just a comment away if you have other questions about managing reports in QuickBooks. I'm always around to help you.
