GSTR-1 : Summary of outward supplies Report something went wrong

We've received reports about getting an error while saving the data from GSTR-1: Summary of outward supplies report. I assure you that our product engineers are actively working to have a permanent fix. 

I'd recommend contacting our Customer Support Team. They can add your company to the list of affected users, so you'll get email updates. They are available from 9:30 am - 6 pm IST (Monday to Friday). I'll guide you how. 

1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right. 
2. Choose Contact Us. 
3. Enter GSTR-1 : Summary of outward supplies Report something went wrong in the What can we help you with? box. 
4. Click Let's talk. 
5. Select Start a chat. 
6. Enter your contact information. 
7. Choose Send message. 

The screenshot below shows you the third to fifth steps. 

Aside from GSTR-1: Summary of outward supplies, there are other reports you can run in QuickBooks Online (QBO). These will help you get the data when filing your returns to the appropriate tax agencies. These are the following: 

• GST Reports
• GSTR3B
• GSTR4
