In QuickBooks Online (QBO), make sure to set the date range when running a report.
However, if the issue persists, we can do some basic troubleshooting steps to check if this is caused by a corrupted file cache on your browser.
To begin, open an incognito or private browser. This mode prevents your browsing history from being stored. You can use the keyboard shortcuts below:
• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P
Then, try to run a report again. If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Please make sure to restart your browser afterward.
In addition, try using a different supported browser.
Customizing reports in QuickBooks Online will also help you get the most out of your financial reports, check out this article to learn more: Customize Reports.
Please know that you can always get back to us if you have other questions. We're always here to help. Take care.
