How can i calculate purchase for financial year 2021-2022?

Welcome, and thanks for visiting us here in the Community. I'm here to provide information about getting your purchases in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can run the Expenses by Supplier Summary report and customise the date to 2021-2022. This will give you all the expenses and purchases you have on your company file.

Here's how to do it:

1. In QBO, go to the Reports menu on the left pane.
2. Enter/select the Expenses by Supplier Summary in the search field.
3. In the Report period section, change the date to 2021-2022.
4. Hit Run report to refresh.

You can also run other reports, such as purchase order reports. All you need to do is to change the date to your preferred one. Please refer to this article for further guidance: How to run purchase order reports.
