How to change grouping

Thank you for reaching out to us here in the Community, @pankaj-mittal. I'm here to help you with your grouping concern today.

 

If I may ask, are you trying to regroup your products and services into different categories? In that case, you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then click on Products and services.
  2. Select the item you want to edit, then update the category from the Category section.
  3. Hit on Save and close.
  4. Repeat the same steps for other items.

 

If you're modifying the grouping of your custom reports, you can do it through the Reports tab.

 

  1. Click on Reports at the left pane, then go to the Custom Reports section.
  2. Look for the report, then click on Edit under Action.
  3. Update the group under the Add this report to group drop-down.
  4. Tap on Save and close to record the changes.
