I have selected the icon show ageing details on statement, however the latter is not appearing when i print?

We can perform some troubleshooting steps to sort this out, pritee. I'll guide you through each of them below.

Did you save the changes you make after selecting the Show ageing table at bottom of statement icon? You may haven't completed the update yet by clicking the Save button. That's why the feature isn't applied and appear on the form. We can go to the Account and Settings page's Sales menu to verify. Please see the screenshot below for your reference.

If you saved the changes but the ageing details table still isn't appearing on your statement, it's probably due to a browser issue. Your browser saves files to load websites faster on your next visit. But over time, it'll get outdated, which can cause errors using QuickBooks.

To isolate this, you can pull up your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using a private browser (incognito). Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  • Control Option (Safari)

Once signed in, create a customer statement

If you're able to do so, return to your default browser and clear its cache. After that, log out and then log back into your account. This will refresh the system and remove older data that causes viewing and performance issues.

However, if this matter continues, I'd recommend using other supported browsers. Then, make sure to keep your Adobe Reader/Acrobat updated to the latest version or repair its installation to resolve most printing matters in QBO.

Also, you can pull up the Transaction Detail by Account report to show a list of invoices due on a specific date range. Please check out this article for the complete guide: Customise report to see invoices due on a specific day in QuickBooks Online.

Please keep me posted in the comments if you have other system performance concerns or questions about creating customer statements in QBO. I'll gladly help.
