HI there, alpertitay-gmail.
I'd like to share an idea about cash balance in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
You have to make sure that you've entered all your transactions into QuickBooks for both company. Also, it would be best to consult your accountant if this is the first time you've tried to reconcile your accounts in QuickBooks.
That being said, you can review the balance in your real-life bank and the opening balance in QuickBooks to see if it matches. You can use you bank or credit card statement to do this. It's also possible that there are duplicate or missing transaction that you need to review to make sure your data is accurate.
Once your done checking all your bank statements, you can check out these articles to help you correct the balance in QuickBooks:

I've added this link to guide you once you're ready to start reconciling an account: Learn the reconcile workflow in QuickBooks.
Let me know if you still have other questions or clarifications about banking. I'll keep an eye on your response. Have a nice day!
