I'll share information about audit history in QuickBooks Online, @Anonymous.
QuickBooks registers indirect edits when a modification is made to a transaction already in your books, such as when a completed reconciliation is edited.
Please note that when reviewing the audit log, it displays 150 records at a time. To access the audit history for specific transactions or events, click View in the History column. This will provide details on the individual who made the change and the nature of the change.
Here is an article you can read to learn more about using the Audit Log: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.
In addition, QBO provides numerous reports to assist you in gaining a comprehensive understanding of your business. Refer to this article: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.
