just discovered its not only an issue with transactions but any QBO browser wind. On a new login I clicked the Gear icon and opened Billing and Subscription. It opened successfully. I closed the window. Tried a second time to open Billing and Subscriptions. It would not open unless I clicked browser refresh. When I do this in Incognito window there is no issue. I am on phone with tech service to report a second time
I've been in contact with Customer Care Team for a month now. That's what they're saying. That the bug was fixed and I'm the only one that's complaining still. But they're looking into it. Until now.
I still have the problem. I think it adds maybe 15-20 minutes to my day. Ridiculous.
