Can I get a simple Vendor statement with debit credit and balance on a custom date range

Welcome to the Community space, @View. I'll guide you on how to generate a vendor statement displaying Debit, Credit, and other columns with a customised date range.

To create a vendor statement with your preferred date range and columns, use either the General Ledger or the Transaction Detail by Account report. Just follow the steps below to run and modify the report:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Type in the General Ledger or Transaction Detail by Account in the Search field and click it.
  3. Select the Customise button.
  4. Input the date range by entering the Report period.
  5. Click on Change columns. Then, tick the boxes of Date, Transaction Type, Memo/Description, Debit, Credit, and Amount.
  6. From the Filter section, choose the correct accounts where your vendor/supplier is categorized in the Distribution Account and Account tabs.
  7. Click on Run report.

You can read this article for more information: Create a report that shows Debits and Credits for each transaction.

Additionally, to learn more about adding columns to your report, you can visit this article: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.
