The Tags feature's availability may depend on the region. It is currently unavailable in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) International versions. The system is continuously spreading out this capability to new businesses in the hopes that tags will soon be enabled for everyone.

In the meantime, you can use the class tracking feature to get more details on your sales, expenses, or profitability for each part of your business if you have the QBO Plus version.

I’ve invested a lot time manually tagging and was very surprised to find that the report feature isn’t available as shown in your video documentation. Please make reports grouped by tag available to International users!
