I'm here to share details about available reports in the international version of QuickBooks Online (QBO), @irina-bodrikova. This way, you'll be able to determine what are the actions you need to take care of this.

 

The international version of QBO is currently doesn't have a built-in payroll feature. That's why you're unable to see the payroll payment on the list of available reports from the Reports menu. However, you can add the list of your employees and their time activities.

 

In case you're using a payroll software outside QBO, I'd recommend contacting your provider. They can verify if they're able to provide the Payroll Payment report you need.

 

On the other hand, you can utilize the available employee reports in QBO namely:

  • Employee Contact List
  • Recent/Edited Time Activities
  • Time Activities by Employee Detail

When you pull up reports, you can customise them to focus on the details that matter the most. Then, memorise them to save their current customisation settings.
