Hi
There are two separate reports in QBO as follows:
* Estimates and Progressing Invoices Summary by customer
*Invoice List
We use both to see if an estimate has already been invoiced, and how much of the invoiced amount is paid.
is there a report that merges the two functions so that we are looking at one report?
Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi there, Koizumi008.
There isn't a report that merges these Estimates and Progressing Invoices Summary by customer and Invoice List reports.
You can export those reports and manually merge them on the Excel file. Simply click the Export icon, then select Export to Excel. Save the file somewhere you can easily find.
If you’re missing data when you open the report in Excel, the file's in protected view. In Excel, you’ll need to click Enable Editing to view the full report.
You can also run the Accounts Receivable Ageing report in QuickBooks. It shows you the outstanding balances, who are falling behind their payments, how much are still due, and how long they’re past due. Check out this article as your guide: Learn how to create and customise accounts receivable ageing reports.
Get back to me if you have additional questions about merging reports. I'll be right here to answer your questions.
