Yes, I have tried the above recommendation previously to no avail.
Current Issues:
1. Unable to process transfers between bank accounts
2. Unable to click on amounts on any reports to view details of a specific account
3. 45 - 75s to generate a report
4. Constant freezing or getting kicked out of QBO account
Please note that all my other QBO Online subscriptions are working fine with the exception of QBO Costa Rica.
