0.1% GST Rate for Supply of Goods to Merchant Exporters. This concessional rate is created manually in taxes but purchases booked not reflecting in GSTR 3B report

Welcome to the Community, shravan1.

I can help make those purchases booked will show on your GSTR 3B report.

Let's make sure that the address of your customers and products are correct. This way, the report will show the correct information and will reflect your purchases.

For a better understanding of the GSTR3B (GSTR 3B) report in QuickBooks, feel free to read through this article: The GSTR3B (GSTR 3B) report in QuickBooks.

If the issue persists,  let's try using a private browser or incognito window as an initial step to fixing this issue. This will eliminate any browser history that may cause a glitch inside QuickBooks. You can refer to the following keyboard shortcuts below:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If it works, close out the private window and clear the cache on the regular browser. This will remove previously-stored browsing data that might have caused the issue. Otherwise, you can try other supported browsers to help narrow down the cause of this behavior.

However, if all the transactions are correct, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They can review the report and provide troubleshooting steps to fix this.

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Choose Contact Us
  3. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? box.
  4. Click Start a message.
  5. Enter your contact details.

To ensure we address your concern, our representatives are available from M-F 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM IST.
