You can use a free invoicing app as a workaround and use a connector to mirror the invoice data into QBO.
Thank you QuennieC. Would PAYPAL work tho in the Philippines? I understand we have to set up Paypal Philippines business account, then add that function or link to Quickbooks Philippines? Please correct me if I'm wrong. We just want a functionality where our clients have the option to pay when they view their invoice generated from quickbooks Philippines online, and for us to be able to move dollars (CDN or US) payment to our business peso account. We are looking for the best payment method with less fees that our client will pay every invoicing time especially the recurring ones.

The option to process online payments is unavailable in Global versions like the Philippines. You can look for a third-party payment gateway to accept credit card payments and other modes of payment.
Also, connections to PayPal using QuickBooks Philippines are still restricted. There's no direct way to do this using the Global version.
We can't suggest a specific payment option, but you can check our App Store for integrated applications. From there, you can view the services offered and details of the fees.
