I'm here to help share details on how you can download expenditure with TDS in QuickBooks.
You'll want to run the TDS Payable report in QuickBooks. This report will show all the transactions you've entered including the GST and TDS amounts.

If you still don't have the option, we can do some troubleshooting steps. Missing options might be caused by a corrupted cache in your browser.
Let's open your QuickBooks Online account in an incognito window or private browser. This mode prevents cache from being saved. You can use these keyboard shortcuts:
If it works go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Alternatively, you can open your account in a different supported browser.
