I am using Quickbooks online and I am trying to customize our invoice template per our local (Honduras) requirements.

I have accessed the link you provided in your previous response.   However, the document in the link states that  "As of 29/06/2021, new QuickBooks Online accounts will no longer have access to the Import Styles feature inside of QuickBooks Labs. Existing accounts can still save and upload DOCX templates."  

Does this mean that it is no longer possible to import custom styles/formats into quickbooks?

Let me share some insights about importing files to QuickBooks Online. 

Existing QBO companies that enabled this functionality before the deadline will continue to have access. Import Styles was disabled for newly created firms, and there are plans to remove this from all QBO companies in the future.

If you're starting a new QuickBooks account, I'd suggest looking for a third-party application to help you import your templates.
