How can we enter secondary units

Here to give you the steps to help you enter the secondary unit for the cetrizine tablets. 

QuickBooks Online lists items individually, which includes their unit of measure (the unit won't show up on the sales form however). I take it that you have already set the Cetrizine item witha different unit. In this case, create a new item for the tablets then set it under TBS (Tablets) this time. 

Here's how: 

1. Go to the gear icon, then select Products and services.
2. Click the New button. 
3. Select Inventory.
4. Enter the name such as "Cetrizine tablet."
5. Set the Unit to TBS - TABLETS. 
6. Add the rest of the information for the item. 
7. Click Save and close.

Next, create an invoice to bill your customers. Simply click the + New icon, then select Invoice. You can also use a sales receipt.
