How to add multiple tax rates to one Tax Authority

I have created Tax Authority in New Quickbooks online and can only create one Rate for it as Sale% for VAT. When I click on New Rate to create Purhase VAT rate, I can't see a Purchase Rate. Instead I see another Sales Rate. How can I create Purchase rate for same authority?

How to add multiple tax rates to one Tax Authority

Try a new tax rate and scroll down if you do not have Purchase tax option then the version you have does not work for Vat. Its possible you have a sales tax international version or US version
